New Site Rate: Basic Site-$350/year (includes a Home page + one page of your choice) Each additional page is $50 each.
TWH Network serves as Sales Agent for all For Sale horses listed on the TWH Network site. This service includes answering emails and phone calls from potential buyers up until the point of serious interest. A fee of $100 applies on each horse sold due to our efforts. We promote our member's horses in many different ways, including other web sites, magazine ads, etc. We also receive many calls from people who are looking for a particular horse. Web site membership includes:
- A Web site for farms, boarding stables, stallions, trainers, stallion centers, etc
- Web site maintenance during the 12-month membership period
- Up to 10 horses listed per "For Sale" page, anything over 10 sale horses will require another page (A Home Page may not be used as a For Sale page )
- If you choose not to renew your membership in consecutive years, we will delete your site from our memory in order to make room for new sites.
- A link to your site from each page of the TWH Network site
- Listing in the TWH Network Directory, please fill out the Directory form
- Several Web site designs to choose from View design choices (Custom design work is available for an additional charge)
- Your own Web address ( www.twhnetwork.com/your business name) Put your own Web address on business cards and print advertising
- Sale horses listed on member sites will also be included in the TWH Network Classified section at no additional charge (members are listed above non-member classified ads and below Spotlight Ads)
- Stallion(s) listed on member sites will also be listed in the Stallion Service section at no additional charge
- Distribution Flyers are available at the discount rate of $10/flyer View an example
Additional marketing efforts for each member's For Sale horses are made by the TWH Network including, listing said horses on other websites, etc. Become a member of TWH Network and receive ads on up to 6 additional sites. We do the work, so you have more time to spend with your horses!

- Spotlight Ads are purchased in addition to Web site or classified ad selections, meaning a horse must be listed in our Classified section or on a TWH Network member site before “spotlighting” the horse.

- Our Distribution Flyer is a single page flyer (8.5" x 11") that is emailed to you in JPEG format.
- Print it out yourself or take it to your local printer.

- Add your business to our Directory for free!
- Directory is organized alphabetically, by state and includes name, address, phone number, email address and services.
- Links from the TWH Network Directory to your site are FREE. However, we do require that you place our link on your site. Our URL is www.twhnetwork.com and you may list us as Tennessee Walking Horse Network.

As sales agent, the primary service and function of Shawn Bryant (TWH Network) is to advertise your horse(s) utilizing the TWH Network site and other marketing methods and contacts, to screen email and phone responses, bringing together buyers and seller. In additional to the TWH Network, Shawn Bryant will list your horse(s) on other horse related Web sites insuring that your horse(s) will be seen.
However, any negotiation of price, method of payment, terms or guarantee is between buyer and seller and is not the responsibility of TWH Network. The seller agrees to pay TWH Network a $100 sales fee on each horse sold or traded through marketing efforts made by Shawn Bryant. This includes the sale of any horse that may not be listed on the TWH Network but, was sold due to the contact made by the Network. For instance, if someone comes to your farm to look at a horse that is listed on the Network and ends up buying a horse that is not listed on the site. We would still require you pay the $100 fee.
Should a seller accept a deposit on a horse but, the sale falls through, the seller agrees to pay TWH Network 10% of said deposit.
The sales agent service is not offered on Stallion Service listings, meaning we will not be responsible for answering calls or emails or scheduling bookings.
